About Me

My interest in art began early as a  child in grade 

school.  My childhood books came alive to me when 

I drew pictures from the stories I read. 

Entering my college years, my love of art 

increased resulting in a decision to pursue a formal 

degree in illustration/graphic design. After graduating, 

I launched  my own graphic design business as a 

free-lance artist in Silicon Valley for more than 20 years, 

all the while continuing to develop my skills using watercolor 

as a medium.  

My journey as an artist is constantly unfolding. Growing, changing, developing my art, keeps me energized. I love trying new techniques and learning new forms of art. Today my passion for art continues to take me across a broad spectrum of expression — from digital art to watercolor and life drawing, capturing the brilliance of  the old masters and applying their techniques.  I love painting animals, allowing both current and former owners joyful memories of their beloved pets.
